Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based systems
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Slack/Teams
Prior internship or practical experience is an advantage but not required
